This is a really great scale! I’m not sure how it compares to a DEXA scan, but the important thing is that you can compare your results to see if you are going in the right direction, without focusing so much on the actual number or percentage. Would I love most about it is that it has a chart section that shows your movement. I’ve circled in the picture attached with this review; there are 14 icons that you can tap on at the bottom of the chart. Each of these icons shows your recorded measurements for that category, which is such a good visual for seeing your progress!

I like that it has so many features to check out whats going on with your body.

I bought mine used. Worked well for a few months then it started not measuring body components consistently. Now it’s very rare for it to measure body components, also it doesn’t connect to phone automatically anymore.

I am working out and dieting to get my weight down. One of my concerns, am I losing fat or muscle. A plain scale will just tell you the weight. This one can tell you your muscle and fat percentage. Now, the accuracy of the percentage is not important to me as long as the measurements are consistent. I want to know the trend of my progress, in terms of fat and muscle percentage.You really don't want to lose weight but all you lose is muscle instead of fat. This will give you some insight and hopefully guide you in the right direction.

Great for the price. Not sure of accuracy, more of a ballpark, I think. My Dr office scale does same thing, but numbers for BMI, and body fat % were quite a bit different. Overall good scale though.

Hi. So I had a smaller , mini version of this kind of scale before. I've used it for about a year. I thought it was fun to see somewhat scan of my physical condition. I decide to get serious on losing weight and the mini one was working but wanted a bit more accurate. I researched and obviously the ones with hand scale works better.So I purchased this.First of all, the app is awesome. It shows by different parts and it has share and printable pages. The app alone is really nice. It works well the scale is rechargeable with usb c.The scale work great. You just have to know how to us it properly.VERY IMPORTANT! you need to make sure to get your weight first when the weight number stops blinking, that's when you hold up the wand. Otherwise your weight will go up as you pull up the handle(wand).Make sure you get your weight then pull and put your fingers when you hear the music. Your app will indicate this with a bar. You'll know what I'm talking about.Overall, I did lose about 8lbs since purchasing. Yes, hard work and diet but this scale definitely motivated me to work harder.So try it out!!! It'll give you better idea of your body.

Man I have to tell you I waited several days before I unboxed the scale. I dreaded it with every cut in the tape to open and remove. Dreaded it. Trying to make better choices for myself I figured this skill, being a smart one, we'll definitely help hold me a lot more accountable with his brutal honesty. Can I just tell you that I hate it because of its accuracy? But I do appreciate that it shows you the truth. It is a novel concept to me that it has sensors that can send a current through your body and read all the bad things or good things however they may be. You learn what your percentages are and what each quadrant of your body is whether you like it or not. It is grudgingly motivational. It is nice to see the numbers change from each arm and leg and stomach area and to see the history of it doing so. There's a lot of different ways that you can look at the data and I really like that. This is a good value for the money, it's spendier than your standard skill but the information it gives you and the way it tracks for you is definitely worth it
