Perfect lock for metal door
This smart automatic metal lock from LAVNa was amazing lock. After lot of research which suites for metal door/ gate we finally decided to go with LAVNA LE50 Metal door lock. Installation from LAVNA was free to cost and they perfectly without any issues. We are having peace of mind, secure after installing this lock. Thank you

Very bad customer service and dont go for it if you need support in future
They are ok to deliver the product however after delivery they call you for service with a fee of 650 however they dont arrange the technician. Once they get the service fee they dont even call back even after many requests. No response to whatsapp chats also. I dont recommend them. Like many other lock companies they also vanish after some years and no support in future. Go with a branded company lock only so you get support in future also. If his company is cheating the customers.

Remotely Unlock from anywhere
The lock build quality is fine but most importantly all the features works like pin unlock, Fingerprint unlock, rfid unlock and most importantly remote unlock (need to purchase separately a wifi gateway) which works effortlessly. Not a single time i had the problem for connectivity issue, gate unlocking.I installed this product on the safety wooden door.My main purpose was to buy such a lock which works remotely without failing and that purpose is fulfilled by lavna locks. There application is super easy to use and also one device can be controlled via multiple mobiles /family members, they have a mechanism to share.So those who live at 2nd floor and needs to come to ground floor just to unlock it solves the problem.

Review after 1 year of usage.Pros:* Product does what it says.* Quality is decent and it makes life convenient of family members as they don't have to wait for anyone to open the lock.* Mobile app works well.Cons:* Product is clearly a white labeled after importing from china.* No installation support, installation is easy tho.* No clear instructions on how to use it as everything was written in Chinese. I had to figure out the installation and usage myself.* Occassionaly it glitches and keeps on making sound which is annoying. Fortunately it doesn't unlock due to glitch.I have been using duracell batteries that costed 200 and lasts for an year.
