Bought this product for my hubby who had back and shoulder pain. Packaging was good and arrived in time. Trouble was it DID NOT WORK. Infact the patch didn’t get even warm. I would not recommend this to anyone and if I could have given it a zero rating I would have.I still stand my review and would not buy this product again. But after complaining to the company I did receive a full refund. They answered my emails quickly, were polite and did not hesitate in giving me a full refund which I have now received.

These are very warming when on but you need to be careful how they are used. I found they were too hot to wear in bed, and if you have a warm bath or shower straight after using they really burn! Use with caution ⚠️

These are easy to apply and work better than i expected. They seem to apply a long term deep heat into the area. As opposed to a number of other products I have tried, although there is a slight odour when you open the packaging and initially apply the item, this disappears and there is definitely no residue left on clothes. Overall I would recommend this product.
