G-ShockMen's G-Shock GW-8900A-1 Tough Solar Atomic Watch

I do recommend this watch with the exception of getting the other scheme of the display. Grey with black letters and numbers is a better choice. I chose grey letters on a black background which sounded good but is very hard to see. Functionally this is an excellent watch (Tough solar, Atomic time keeping, and G-Shock). You really can't do better than this.

This is my 1st G-Shock and overall I'm very pleased with it however there is a problem. I have to turn the watch to certain angles in order to see the characters in daylight. The numbers are silver instead of white and against the black background they're difficult to see at a glance. I wish that I had chosen one with traditional hands instead of all digital characters.

Got this as a gift for my husband for his birthday/father's day. He is a truck driver and is rough on the watch but it is very durable and he wears it everyday.

It is a Casio G-shock. It fulfills it's purpose of being a brutally tough time telling device. The solar plus atomic ability is just a bonus to the rigidity of this watch. If you need a watch that can make it through the end of the world, this watch is for you.

Me gusta el reloj, pero la batería se descarga muy rápido, aún desactivándole configuraciones que puedan disminuir el porcentaje de la carga, la batería continúa disminuyendo su nivel de carga más rápido de lo normal. He tenido otros relojes Casio similares a este y la batería le dura en el nivel más alto de carga hasta un año o más, incluso usándolo.
