Best tattoo cream hands down
I've used hustle butter for 3 things. 1) tattoo healing care. Works great, never got clogged pores or zits, was the best solution by far that I've ever used, even had minimal peeling. 2) long term tattoo maintenance, again works great, hydrated skin makes for more vibrant tattoos. And 3) I actually use it daily as a face moisturizer. It's a little thick but I like slugging it and again I never get clogged pores or zits. I do miss the old packaging though, I liked the apothecary feel.

Smells SOOOOO good
Hustle Butter is the BEST out there. I have tried sooo many different tattoo balms/lotions and nothing does what this stuff does. Brings out the color in your tattoos, and smells delightful!

Buy it
Starting getting this when I was first working on my sleeve. I’ve continued buying it because it heals tattoos great. Makes the color pop. It’s not sticky like Aquaphor is. Also it smells fantastic

Very good but separates in hotter environments
I purchased a 2-pack mid-July and they arrived hot from the truck. I immediately opened the first jar, realized it had melted, so let it sit overnight. In the morning, I noticed the surface was very hard and not like butter. I tried whipping the liquid from the bottom with the top but the best I could get was a granulated wax type of consistency which required the assistance of a hair dryer to melt. I dealt with this for a month before getting smart on the unopened jar. Here's what I did:I heated about 1.5" of water in a large bowl in the microwave until very hot (not boiling). I let the sealed jar sit in this hot water for about 5 minutes until liquid and translucent. I then mixed the product around in the jar, shaking, etc., while still sealed. Next, I dumped the hot water and replaced with ice water. I placed the warm jar in this ice bath, agitating and shaking every so often until the product became homogenized and smooth. Once firmly set and cold, I wiped off all water and opened the seal. The consistency of this "good" jar is indeed buttery. The wax granules are present but much smaller and melt on my fingertip. As for the product as advertised- it's great. More waxy and protective than lotion. Does bring out the colors and contrast. Smells like a trendy surf shop. I'd actually like to find out what the fragrance is and wear it as a cologne.
