Does its job
I had severe Vid D and B12 deficiency. Started daily dose of these and results were remarkable. Significant increase in energy levels, less mood swings, appetite increase and overall well being. It did its job

Packaging and Cap of container was not good. First time packaging was completely damaged and cap of the container was loose. I raised the complaint regarding this and Amazon initiated a return less replacement of it and again the problem was same. I don't recommend this product because of its container's cap. It's very much loose and it contains 60 tabs which you'll be using up to 2 months (60 days).
