For some odd reason as we get older, our melatonin ( which helps us sleep) decreases. I am not one to take pills so I thought I would try this lotion. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have used this scent for a couple of years now, and I love it. It has a yummy scent, and is super creamy so it goes a long way.

Other than some of the reviews I read, I really like this lotion. I decided to take a leap of faith because some of the reviews were bad, and some were good. My advice is to let it sit on your skin for a while, because out of the bottle it does smell like chemicals
