Powerful, fast gets the job done quick.
Excellent! I bought this specifically to install baseboard with 2" nails in 5 rooms. It did a superb job. It has a round knob to adjust the power or depth the nail or brad is being hammered in. I prefer to have it driven in such that it is a bit below so I can use caulk or compound to fill and make it even and then paint so it is undetectable after the nail is drive. It comes with an assortment of different nails but no 2" nails which I bought inexpensively separately. It is compact and easy to handle. Nails are easy to insert. Attach a 20' extension cord and access to an entire room is easy.

I'm the type that pretty much can make anything work to get the job done.I am in the process of repainting the whole interior of our house. The base boards and door frames are soft pine wood. I thought I would use an electric brad nail gun instead of the pneumatic guns I have. Dragging the compressor and air hose can be a pain. The Neu Master gun came the same day I ordered it, I was impressed! When I unpacked the gun, it looked like just what I needed. Then I tried to use it. I had some of my own 18 ga. brads, both 1" and 1 1/4".I tried first to shoot a few into a 2"X4" pine board. No luck. The brads only went about half way in.I figured that might be okay because I was nailing 1/2" molding pieces of soft pine. No luck again. Every brad was left sticking out about 1/4". I had to tap every brad with a hammer to make it flush with the surface.Naturally all the molding wasn't within 4' from an outlet so I had to use an extension cord. Reading others reviews I knew I would loose power (it even say so in the directions), so I hauled out my 10 ga. heavy duty power cable. I didn't find any significant loss of power, though none of the brads ever were fully driven.I did get some no brad shots where nothing was driven even with brads still in the gun. I also had a few double shots where 2 brads were driven with 1 shot. They penetrated about 1/4".So, with heavy heart I decided that the NEU MASTER NTC0040 nail gun was a bust!I returner it today. My recommendation, only purchase this item if you are wanting to drive very short 18 ga. nails through something as soft as Styrofoam.NEU MASTER NTC0040 Electric Nail Gun... 1 star (because I can't give it a 0)Amazon delivery and package return.... 5 stars (the only good thing about the purchase)

Wonderful
Not gonna lie...I was shocked that this electric nailer worked as well as it did!! It's pretty light weight and works well for smaller to medium jobs. We used it up to 1/4" plywood with no problem. I didn't noticed the size of nails mentioned, so I did the easy thing and asked the guys at the hardware store. So easy my 13 year old tried it out.

Customer Service 2nd to none...
Electric brad nailer for a project I had planned. Well right out of the box it started jamming. When I went to disassemble the head (easy enough to do) it literally exploded sending parts all over the place. What I didn't know was I should have removed the brads from the magazine before disassembly. The spring force blew all the brads and head parts out of my hand, so I wasn't able to observe how it was put together or how many parts were involved. Finally managed to figure it out after a couple of errors in reassembly. Even after this the gun continued to jam and shoot multiple brads at once causing more jams. By now you are probably why my 5 star rating. This is the reason. Through all this I contacted Spartatools csAnd they consistently got back to me within 24 hours. They walked me through aal the procedures and even sent pictures of correct assembly. We then swapped a couple of emails to figure out the jamming issue, again with pictures shared back and forth. In the end we couldn't get it figured out so they said they would send me a new unit and don't bother sending the old one back. Two days later the new gun is here and working well. I have been shooting 1.25" 18ga brads into 7/8" boards and using the proper two hand method it sinks the brads flush on the highest setting. Good tool.

Good while it lasted
Used for two projects, some shelves and reinforcement of drawers before the metal piece on the safety nub thing got really loose. Was able to take it apart to get it realigned but one screw got dropped and it’s so tiny we haven’t even found it with strong magnets and flashlight. It hit dropped because it’s really hard to handle and requires a hex driver. So now it’s a paperweight or added to the landfill which is just a shame. Nothing lasts anymore, everything is disposable. Very disappointed as it was doing great until it literally fell apart. In the middle of a simple task. Just 32 minutes before the local hardware store closed. Where I got a cordless Craftsman with way more power than I need but has an actual guarantee.
