I received this after a lot of umming and arring over what phone to get because for now I needed a phone with two nano SIMs, so that put things like the Pixel 7 out of the running but also I really didn't want to spend this much (I tend to prefer sub £400 phones usually and this was a jump up from that). Also, this was replacing a Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro which was eating usb-C ports and flex cables go I wasn't too sure about dropping that kind of money on a brand that had already bitten me once on QA issues.In the end I was going to buy a Oneplus 10t, £50 more, however, they changed the price between me adding it to my basket and trying to buy it. So, I came back here and picked up this phone for a price of £399. I got this delivered next day, opened it up and all was as expected, I tried to turn it on, nothing, hmmm, 10s long press of the power button, nothing, okay, let's make sure I'm not crazy, plugged in the power adapter. Nothing. Wait a few minutes because maybe it's battery is really badly depleted. Nothing, try to power it on whilst plugged in. Nothing, check the power socket works, check that the adapter works. Those were fine.So in the end, after going through the process again with the returns representative I returned the phone and got a refund, the price dropped again on the Oneplus 10T and I've been a happy ist of that phone ever since.The Xiaomi would have been a nice phone I guess but QA even on their Premium line seems to be hit and miss so I'll be steering clear of them for the foreseeable.

A great quality phone with an even better battery life. Better value for money than other well-known brands.

I have been a fan of Xiaomi phones ever since I first saw a mi mix. Having dropped my Xiaomi mi mix 2 and broken the screen I decided to replace it with the Xiaomi 12.I have not been disappointed, this phone has a great camera plenty of storage and is very fast as it has the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 chip. The WiFi Bluetooth and mobile signal are all excellent. As is the display with its 120hz refresh rate.I certainly recommend this phone.
