(Wikipedia)That being said, this was not the most expensive watch I have ever brought for my partner, it is however, the one she wears everyday.The Quartz movement is a solid proformer and as long as I replace the battery regularly so there is no chance of it leaking and corroding inside the case (sadly the demise of many a quartz movement) it should go on for years.Much more likely is some of the coloured crystals will fall out and or the gold tone plating will rub off or get scratched up.So, with these realistic expectations in mind I am very pleased with my purchase. The watch keeps great time, my partner gets a lot of positive comments about the watch and loves the look and feel of it.The watch is cheap enough to wear everyday and yet would not look out of place at the most exclusive of events. (We are still waiting for invitations)All this said the thing I love the most about this watch is how it makes my partner light up wearing it, rose gold and amethyst are her favorites and while this watch is a homarge to these at best she just loves wearing this watch.So if you want a watch made out of solid gold with real gemstones and an exclusive movement. .. then perhaps this is not the watch for you. But it will sever as a fine stand-in for the time being.CheersCliff

Will be 1 year old in a month . I wear daily , even though I haven’t got anyone to take a couple links out for me because it’s to big but it’s so pretty I never want to be without it . Sorry I didn’t try to polish it up for picture. I’m amazed none of the stones have came out , no gold worn off, face of it is still perfect , and battery running good . I cannot believe all these things are still good because you can tell by my hands I’m a hard worker and I wear it to work and often splash water on it because it’s loose.The reasons I pointed out all the things it has not done in almost a year , is my last watch I bought for $300 at Fred Meyers Jewelry for 50% off and it’s warranty I bought was only for one year and I had everything I mentioned here happen to it , including needing to be dipped again n gold and the next year the number 3 & 6 also came off and that’s when I found out it wasn’t a lifetime warranty I paid for . So now I looked in my orders and decided I’d buy a couple more incase this ones battery dies because I only go to town once a year and never have time to go to jewelry stores . I wanted to make sure I have extras incase they stop carrying them here on Amazon . I can’t believe this “cheap “ watch is so beautiful and more durable than my other $600 watch

This is an absolutely stunning watch. Unfortunately, it was a little too snug when I received it. I called the customer service number from the card inside the box and they sent me 3 extra links at no charge. It is now perfect and I get so many compliments on it.

I was a little hesitant about ordering this watch because of the rose gold. I am so glad I took a chance and ordered it anyway as it is BEAUTIFUL!The gold is a rich, gorgeous color and shines like nothing else! It sets off the Amethyst and clear Swarovski crystals perfectly! I honestly couldn't be happier and can't wait to get the band sized down so that I can wear it. It is generously sized. The clasp is easy to use too. You just push the two buttons on each side to open it and it snaps together to close securely.I love the size of this watch as well. It's large enough for my 60+ year old eyes to see easily but not so big to be clumsy looking. I think it looks elegant.The pictures on Amazon do not do it justice. The colors are much richer and it shines beautifully. Yup, if you haven't figured it out by now, I love it!Edit-2-2016- I added a few pictures to try to show how gorgeous it is. I've had no problems with it and was able to take links out myself thanks to instructions I found online. It keeps great time too!

Pretty, very light-weight, medium size, sparkly, water-proof, accurate. A good summertime watch for sports and gardening, without looking like a sports watch.Sadly, the inside surface of the watch is highly reactive. Within minutes of putting it on, it makes my skin have the "metallic" odor that is caused by metal ions reacting with oils, making them oxidize and go rancid. This happens even if I wash several times with soap and don't apply any moisturizer. I contacted the company via their web site right away, but got no response. Now the return window is closed, so I want to find a solution.It seems like the offending metal ions are coming (primarily? only?) from the case backing (the little round disc with the writing on it, that sits on top of the wrist).So I bought a jewelry coatinghttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FYX1J6C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1which comes with polishing cloths. The first step is to clean the metal with a solvent (I used isopropyl alcohol), then to remove tarnish with the designated cloth. I didn't expect there to be any tarnish since it's a new watch, but rubbing for a few seconds turned the cloth black!Since it's a bit of a pain to open the bracelet and lay it flat, I decided to coat only the back of the case. It's drying right now, then I need to polish off the excess, then let it cure for 24 hours, then polish again and recoat. So it will be a few days before I know if this solves the problem, will update later.I'm a little surprised no other reviews mention the metallic odor, since I know that people who are allergic to metal tend to be sensitive to this odor. Maybe those people just quietly returned their watches or sent them to Goodwill.

very pretty watch. little loose. took out one link and became too tight. But I like it so I will just wear a little loose.
