Coffee mug too hot to hold
Bottle seems great and even filled with cofee is cool to handle but the coffee mug seems to have no insulation so is hot to hold.

Mug not insulated - disappointing
I bought this for a long car journey, but only realised when I came to unpack it that the bottle is insulated but the mug is not. I bought it to buy hot drinks at service stations, to try to be a bit more environmentally friendly and cut down on single use waste, but it won't serve that purpose. Really disappointing. Not worth the money.

Mug cannot keep warm
Mug cannot keep the coffee hot for half an hour. The bottle is good as description.
