My grandson cannot have wheat, dairy, eggs. He can eat some rice noodles if those ingredients are not present. Please send me ingredients list.

Ingredient List: Rice flour, water, modified tapioca starch. Box says "preservative free, trans fat free, msg free, gluten free".They are very tasty noodles, with a nice mouth feel.I also have a recipe for making homemade rice noodles:Ho Fun Rice Noodles:1 ½ cups rice flour Whisk ingredients together, and let batter stand.½ cup tapioca starch1 tsp salt2 cups water1 tsp sesame oilPrepare a large steamer by setting a stand over 1 inch of water in a large pot.Cover, and bring water to boil.Brush two 8" square aluminum pans with vegetable oil.Ladle ½ cup batter into each pan to coat the bottom.Lower the pan into the steamer with tongs, cover, and steam 4 minutes.Transfer the pan into a cold water bath to cool.Brush top surface of the noodle sheet with vegetable oil.Remove noodle sheet from pan, and stack on a plate.Repeat process to make 5-6 noodle sheets.Cover finished noodles with plastic, and chill 1 - 2 hours.Then slice sheets with pizza wheel to desired thickness.

How wide are these noodles?

Maybe 1/2 inch. I was searching everywhere for the really wide ones and this is the best I can do. They are good, though.

After cooking are the noodles white or clear?

More white than clear, maybe a bit translucent on the edges.

Delicious !

First time I made these they all stuck together. But my husband has to be on a gluten free diet, so I tried again. You cant just drop it in the water like you do with regular pasta and stir, you have to put a handful in your hand and then add almost one at a time quickly, then grab another handful and repeat Absolutely delicious and better than regular pasta once you learn how to add them to the boiling water. For anyone that is a long time cook, its they same way you cook lasagna noodles

Thai Rice Noodles Still Made In Thailand

I was buying my rice noodles from a competing company, but the opted to move their manufacturing away fdrom Thailand to another country. Then found and tried these Taste Of Thai Rice Noodles. While they aren't exactly the same as my former brand, I am very satisfied with the quality of Taste of Thai Rice Noodles. I even use them for homemade chicken noodle soup, since I cannot eat the canned noodle soup anymore. For a gluten-free person, to be able to eat foods that you had to give up is a precious thing!

Not my favorite. Always gummy.

I really like Asian dishes, so I'm on the hunt for quality noodles to use for pad see ew (my favorite)! These rice noodles do the job, but if you're even a few seconds too early or too late, the texture and flavor changes. It's really easy to end up with gummy noodles. I've tried and tried so many times, and the noodles never turn out right. I know some of this is my fault, but it shouldn't be this hard to cook up some noodles. Geez. I started buying fresh rice noodles and freezing them... works MUCH better.
