Locks are fine and good value. However,Amazon's packing left a lot to be desired. The lock boxes were all split open and the contents mixed within the brown envelope. Should have been in a box

Advice on how to fit. A few people struggling with this lock. This seems to be because of the raised edge around the cam. This is a security feature you don't need to file it off! I had to take the door handle off - you can't fit it with the handle on. Fit the cylinder as normal and you then need to use a No.2 Allen key to remove the thumb turn. Replace the door handle and reattach the thumb turn to the cylinder.

Our front door is about 15 years old, we recently had to get a new gear box for it and noticed the lock was a little stiff mid turn of the key, it may have been damaged when the old gearbox packed in. We wouldn’t consider a lock that wasn’t anti drill and anti-bump, my friend is a lock smith and he showed me how easy it is to use a bump key, scary. This lock has 6 pins, much better than the run of the mill 5 pin ones. Each lock comes with a QR barcode on the bottom of the packaging in case you need help or advice to install, I didn’t need to use that as fitting the lock was very straight forward. You do need to remove your door handles, in most doors that is only two screws on the inside on the handle, this is because of the anti-punch security design. Just remember when removing your old lock to put the key in to turn it so the lock slides out, same with putting the new one in. The action of the new lock is smooth, no snagging at all. You get 5 keys, perfect for families. Good price for such a high quality lock.
