This yarn was perfect for my use of making a fabric scrap rug. It held tightly and kept the fabric from pulling through.

Lily Sugar 'N Cream is what I always use for my hard wearing items. It's not the softest yarn right out of the ball but does soften up some after washing the items. I usually use this brand for kitchen items but have also been using it for ear saver mask straps, which I prefer using cotton for as you can wash in hot water.I usually buy this yarn at craft stores but, for some reason, inventory has been low and I couldn't find this particular color ANYWHERE so I had to pay more ordering it on Amazon.I took off one star because while the yarn itself holds up, the color does tend to fade somewhat, even when not washing in hot temperatures.

I guess I’m confused. The details says number of items 2 and I only got one skein. The only reason I purchased this was because I thought I was get 2 for a little bit of a discount. I could have gone to Walmart and gotten the same thing for at least $2.50 less which doesn’t sound like a lot but it adds up when you are on a tight budget. I’ll stick to buying things in person when it comes to craft supplies.

The color is correct and I need 100% cotton for my crochet projects.
