Great Miticide ( follow directions this is not a cureall ) it handles what is designed to and with an Adult contact miticide will handle your problems. This is designed to halt growing of imature mites and to render adults unable to produce viable eggs. It requires a program of spraying to control mites. There is no instant gratification here. Spray for existing mites then use, and follow the directions on the pack.CRF

Great product.
A must for spider mite control and maintenance. No need to spray under the leaves, it works best if you do but not needed. Spray in Veg stages for best results. This bag goes a long way. Only 3.5 grams per gallon of H2O!

Used in greenhouses for spidermites. Superb results!

Did not work for us
I could never see any difference in the prevalence of mites in our little greenhouse after using this product.I started with the recommended mixture, but that did nothing to the mites or reduce the egg-hatching.I then doubled the recommended strength of the mixture and noticed no difference; the mites seemed as prevalent as ever.I then upped the mixture strength to about 20 times the recommended amount (or more). Still, no effect on the mite population.This product seems to have little or no effect on mites or the egges.We stopped using the Tetrasan and have moved over to simply spraying water over the plants. Mites do not like a wet or cool environment, so that's what we provide. The water misting worked like a charm. After months and months of spraying chemicals to no effect, simple water misting seems like the answer.

The newest weapon against spider mites
I've heard from several others who have tried the product and they all claimed it was the best defense against spider mites. I tried it the other day and I have to agree. It's some serious stuff and you might think it's expensive but you get 16 oz of product and it only takes 3.5 grams per gallon so you are actually getting over 100 gallons of defense.It only requires a maximum of two treatments per crop.
