Cheap plastic
Be careful when you put the cap in the filler neck. DONT OVERTIGHTEN, YOU WILL BREAK THE PLASTIC INSIDES! CHEAP PLASTIC FROM WHERE ELSE, CHINA!

Fit my jeep well
Typical of fuel caps its a bit tricky to get on & off. Works wellI have not had problems thus far

Gas cap wouldn't unlock
Installed on truck. The first time I needed to fill up with gas, the cap would not unlock. I'm lucky that I had enough gas to make it home where I had tools.To remove the faulty cap, drive a 1 to 2 inches screw from the cap's exterior to the interior mechanisms. Turn the cap counterclockwise to remove.

Easy to open, with key.
Easy to open with the key; impossible, in a good way, without.Had a neighbor "lady" talk some kids into putting sugar in my gas tank.Fortunately, I heard them attempting to take off the old cap.Walked into the house, opened Amazon App, and ordered this little puppy. Someone in the warehouse must have known how bad I needed it as it was here the same afternoon.I do spray a bit of LPS on the key before putting it in the lock every few months and I have never had an issue.And, I have had lots of folks ask me about it. These are hard days in some neighborhoods. A locking gas cap goes a long way to help you sleep at night.

Don’t lose your key! Works great!
Bottom Line: would get again.Pros:- good quality- easy to operate- automatically ‘locks’ when closed onto the gas tank openingCons:- the ‘lock guard’ to enter the actual lock was extremely tight and didn’t want to slide out of the way easily. Loosened up some after a few uses however.Other comments:- I don’t want to damage my cap, but i am curious if a screwdriver would be able to forcefully open this. So not sure this will actually stop someone hellbent on stealing my gas.- used this on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

Good but tricky getting used to it
This cap works, but the key locking motion is not logical to the Locking position. Have to try several ways, before getting the hang of it. Several times I thought it was locked, but wasn't ! So, test it after "locking" :)
