This pulley is really heavy and can easily take load more than 100 kgs . I personally bought this for my arm wrestling practice I my self holded 60 kg by this pulley on my hand and try loading 100 kg raw weight it easily handled It it can take more than that but I actually don't have more weight 😅 over all the best in this price 👍👍💪💪
