Not working wifi
This phone wifi is not working will try so many time but wifi is not working pls 😢 change the phone I am not happy also phone beetry is not good this is not a new phone why u send old phone

Defective S Pen - Doesn't Pair or Fit Properly
When I first turned on the device, I noticed it was slow. However, the bigger issue was that the S Pen did not pair with the device. Additionally, the pen protrudes from its slot, which indicates a manufacturing defect.I contacted Amazon to initiate a refund process and am currently waiting for them to receive the device and complete the refund.

Poor performance
poor. Even when roaming in the heart of Dubai, making or receiving calls is almost impossible. Both 5G and 4G data signals are very weak, making it difficult to even load a single webpage. This issue persists with both of the well-known telecom providers
