Better and more powerful motor option for my electric paddle board

Motor 10/10 prop 5/10
It was running great until I ran into the issue where the pins won’t hold the prop onto the shaft anymore. So the shaft will spin inside freely and the prop will kinda just sit there. I’m trying to come up with a solution but no luck so far.
