PARKER IM Fountain Pen, Dark Espresso, Fine Nib with Blue Ink Refill (1931650)

Solid construction and writes very smoothly.I have another less expensive fountain pen and you can definitely see and feel the difference.I would definitely recommend this pen to a friend.

This pen has nice heft and balance, smooth writing nib with good ink feed and is rich in appearance. Parker makes an excellent fountain pen and this one is a winner.

The Espresso Color here should be like my first purchase kind of brown metallic. This second purchase was more of a charcoal gray than brown, as advertised. A Converter to use the ink quill should be already included. Even Chinese brands include one. OTHER THAN THAT is a good pen for a beginner or a graduation gift. I would still buy and recommend. PLEASE PARKER: INCLUDE CONVERTER and be more enthusiastic about colors. Beautiful pen.

I really like the pen, the feel of the fine nib and how it writes. However, every time that I start writing with this pen after putting it aside for a few hours, it goes dry. I have to shake and tap it for what seems over a minute until the ink starts flowing again. Once it starts going, there are no problems and it writes beautifully. I am not sure if this is a common problem or if it's just this one. I would've given it five stars, otherwise.

Well... it's a pen.. got it as a gift for someone else, not sure on how well it works, but the pen looked nice when it came

Had mine for two weeks, until I dropped it on a hard floor, nose first, and wrecked the nib. Okay, it’s an inexpensive pen, but salvageable. Nope. Good luck finding a replacement stainless steel nib, especially on Parker’s phone browser-lobotomized website. Parker has designed this to be a disposable model. You absolutely get what you pay for. Shame, because it had a nice heft in the hand, wrote smoothly (once you got used to the dryness after it had sat for a bit), and could pass for a much more expensive pen (although even at 2 weeks, the finish was already scratching). Nice starter fountain pen, but again, you get what you pay for.

Ich liebe, liebe, liebe die Füller von Parker! Es war langsam an der Zeit für einen neuen, da ich meinen alten bereits seit mehreren Jahren in Gebrauch habe.Der Füller macht nicht nur optisch was her, er liegt super in der Hand, ist nicht schwer und vermittelt ein sehr angenehmes Schreibgefühl. Ich persönlich favorisiere die feinen Spitzen, da ich mit denen besser schreiben kann und ich das Resultat als viel schöner empfinde. Dies wird mein Begleiter für die nächsten Jahre werden. Ich freue mich sehr darauf und kann diesen Füller jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

La penna nel colore marrone è elengantissima e senz'altro vale quanto pagato ed anche di più. La scrittura non è molto sottile, ma è comunque di uno spessore giusto per godere del tratto segnato e comunque va segnalato che la uso su carta normale e non su carta speciale (ad esempio rodia come in genere fanno chi fa le recensioni delle penne). Bello il colore dell'inchiostro Pelikan 4001 Blu royal. La penna è leggerissima, si impugna bene e scorre con una dolcezza che è un piacere scrivere.Insomma sono soddisfattissimo della scelta fatta e del colore (Dark Espresso chrome trim)

This is a very nice looking pen. Classy. Fancy but understated.The fine nib is good for people with small writing.
