Is there a way to reset the light? It is fully charged but won’t turn in via the remote or touch switch.

what is the maximum distance from painting to use remote?

Instruction sheet states remote control distance is 4 meters/13 feet. I wish it was longer.

I just installed my light above my painting and it reflects on the ceiling?

If the light is pointing downwards I don't understand why it would reflect on the ceiling.
