Q: Would this be effective on chest to neutralize redness on otherwise NC20 skin in 50-yr old?

I think this foundation is too dewy for use on the body. I would be concerned that it might rub off. Dermablend makes a foundation that's great for the body. I don't think I can link to videos here. Search on YouTube for ScottBarnesTV, and look for a video he did on a 60 year old woman titled "Look 15 years younger in 40 minutes". He covers both face and body makeup in that video. Scott Barnes is a world renowned makeup artist.

Q: Light-medium for neutral undertone?

I believe I have neutral skin tone and it works for me. It is a bit on the pinkish side. Does not make my skin have a yellow cast.
