Nice quality, but they claim the surface finish does not deflect watermark build up as promised.
We have hard water, so we bought this because Company claimed the special finish deflects water stain build up.We hoped the unique toilet tornado design would prevent scrubbing after "number 2"

better than I imagined
It might seem like hyperbole to call a toilet transformative, but I've seen the light and it is good. Super fast recycle, even faster flush. No rim means no grossness. Operates with the power of a power assist flush without the added complexity or the "loudness." Only complaint is when using the PROPER Toto washlet, the mounting holes for the seat are just slightly too far left and don't align perfectly with the install bracket. That isnt about this toilet though. Anyway, top marks.

Good toilet but it is not seamless with every Toto bidet
Caution if you are purchasing this toilet for it's Washlet+ feature (the hole on the back of the toilet to hide Toto bidet water and power lines from view). I found out after installation that most Toto Washlets do not have water lines that will fit through the hole on the back of this toilet. Only Toto Washlets that have the designated Washlet+ indicator and are designed for Toto T40 toilets will have water lines that fit through the hole on the back of this toilet. Most Toto washlets (such as the K300 that I purchased) are designed for standard toilets which work fine but do not allow you to hide the water and power lines (see review photo). Search Amazon for ASIN: B07T599FB4 for Toto Washlet that is T40 compatible.
