for the past year I've relied on tena for use with my mother. but as anyone who needs disposable underwear knows they aren't cheap and the cost quickly adds up.these had straps similar to what tena briefs do but the cost was a third less. so i gave them a try.they have two straps on each side not just one. they go on easily and fit her well. furthermore in regards to absorbency they do a good job.overall i am very pleased with how these worked out and plan to continue using them for her so long as their price remains so much less.i can recommend these without hesitation and especially so for caregivers such as myself.

This is a good product. My family member was introduced to these in the hospital and we chose to continue to use this brand. The tabs are resealable so if you get it in the wrong place, no problem, just redo it.

This is the 4th product I've ordered from Simply Medical. Each order arrived within 2-3 days. The products I've ordered are adult women's diapers for my wife who has Alzheimer's disease. The products work extremely well and are moderately priced and are a good value; other items include nitrile gloves and waterproof mattress covers. All the products were as advertised, arrived in good order, and were a good value. I trust that whatever I order it will arrive on time and just as it was described on line.

These are the worst diapers ever! My teen daughter has spina bifida, needs a catheter overnight, we have been through a lot of diapers, but these have to be the worst. They are so thin that when held up to light, you can see through the cheap, tiny wads of thin bunches of cotton that is supposed to be coverage? I double diapered her and she still woke up soaking wet, I had to strip the bed and wash her as well. The tabs are thin and cheap as well, just trying to adjust them to her, they will completely rip OFF! I now have to TRIPLE diaper her with these cheaply made diapers until I run out of them. I cannot afford to simply throw them away, but I totally would LOVE to pitch them completely! Each morning, I wake up wondering if they will be sagging and falling off of her .. or if I will have a mess to clean... or both! Poor baby, and poor Mama! I hate having to worry about her coverage every night with these things!

These are really good. I researched a lot of brands before I chose this one. They meet all of the needs we have when looking for absorbance, adequate fit, affordability, comfort. I buy these for my mom and have been using them for over a year.
