Does it stand vertically?

It can stand vertically, I wouldn’t recommend this though. If you’re standing it up vertically and plan to put eye shadow palettes it’s possible for them to fall out. It’s a little shorter frame than what I expected. I use mine on flat (horizontally) on a counter top.
