Don't see why not. It is kind of a sweet soy sauce.

Q: Does this need to be refrigerated before opening?

I don’t know why people says no but you do need to keep it in refrigerator after opening! I confirmed it at Otafuku website.

Q: Can this be used in Yakisoba?

Yes, you can use it for Yakisoba. This sauce is thicker and sweeter than yakisoba sauce. Some people like it that way.
