I’ve heard good things about this product, I’m so exited to see the results. The only thing I didn’t like is that the bottle only has half of it.

Take it daily to help with regularity.

This product may be effective over time, but I'd start slow and perhaps on a weekend. I notice some gas and turbulence that would make things uncomfortable most certainly in public. I've come across some very effective and gentle prebiotics, and some like this one that cause my system to react in uncomfortable ways.It's not for me but it may be good for you. I like plain inulin powder. It helps and I have been regular and have had a pretty healthy experience each day without discomfort or worries. But, I do like to try new things and see what I like and if I like something better. Bowel health is important and the detox system is of extreme value, so keeping that system working is a priority. I learned about prebiotics from my functional medicine doc and added inulin and it made a difference.This is a blend of ingredients, and the scoop is provided. I used 1/4 of the scoop to start.Seems to be active and is causing a reaction, but I'm going to take it easy. I am going to back track a little bit, and address the possibility of leaky gut and then go back to the other supplements.4 stars. Good brand and good value for the various included ingredients.

This is a quick and easy way to get your prebiotic supplement. The powder is unflavored and odorless. It is easy to dissolve in cold or hot liquid. You can add it to your coffee or beverage without impact the taste. The quality is good. It is made with 5 different plant-based prebiotics, including guar fiber, organic agave inulin, FOS, organic acacia, and larch arabinogalactan. They work great for fueling the good bacteria in your gut.This comes in a plastic container with a security seal under the lid. A serving is one heaping scoop and there are 30 servings in the container. One serving contains 6.8g of the prebiotic blend, 5g of dietary fiber and 15 calories. Easy to drink as it doesn't change the taste of the beverage you dissolve it in. Overall, I'm pleased with this prebiotic powder. It works well for me and help me stay regular. Good stuff.

The Prebiotic powder arrives in a jar that contains 204g (7.2oz) of the powder, with each serving being 6.8g, so 30 servings per jar. There is a scoop included within the jar, however I prefer to weigh powders out as scoop isn’t too reliable of a measure. Each serving has 15 calories and 5g of Fiber per serving. The powder is a very fine consistency, and mixes easily even within a shaker bottle. The powder is, ‘Unflavored”, so it blends well in a smoothie/shake without imparting some other taste. According to the jar it is recommended to mix 1 scoop with 8oz of a cold or hot liquid, once daily. Once this drink powder is mixed, the drink’s texture is smooth, I didn’t notice much grittiness or anything.Besides the 5g of Fiber, this Nordic Flora Prebiotic powder is made up of a, “Nordic Flora Prebiotic Blend” and no other ingredients. The blend consists of:- Guar Fiber- Organic Agave Inulin- FOS (Fructooligosaccharides)- Organic Acacia (Gum Arabic)- Larch Arabinogalactan (Larix spp.)Overall, if you’re looking for an unflavored Prebiotic powder without many ingredients, this is a good option. It mixes well in my morning shake/smoothie, and doesn’t seem to impart any flavor. No complaints, it’s as I expected.

I did not get much actual product in this container. The serving size is small and the container was less than half full when opened. Compared to other products, I feel like there must not be much protein in each serving. I dissolved it in cold water to drink (as to not kill off the probiotics)... and it tastes like a neutral, unremarkable fiber mix with some probiotics.Overall, I am rating this three stars as I would rather drink metamucil as it has some flavour. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary...
