The shaft on the one I just bought is 14mm dia x 30mm long and has a 5mm keyway and key.

How many rpm is this motor?

This is a stepping motor. The shafts of these motors "step" through discrete positions under the control of a stepping motor drive. The 'drive' is an electronic assembly that receives digital input signals to control the speed and direction of motor steps. So, shaft speed is not a fixed value, as it might be with an AC induction motor. Maximum available shaft speed is affected by details of the load that's connected to the motor. Where is the data sheet for this motor? The wiring diagram doesn’t even show +\- - how did anyone even hook this up?

There are two sets of coils in the slipper motor. Two wires for each set. You can short the wires and see if the motor feels hard to turn. If so that would be one set.
