Hi, For 1-3 year olds we recommend 5ml daily and for 4-14 year olds we recommend 10ml daily. There’s 250ml per bottle so for 1-3 year olds this would last 50 days and for 4-14 year olds it would last 25 days based on the daily dosage. Hope this helps!
