A revelation
This book and audiobook provides a wonderful portal for those of us who think of ourselves as "mere human", and who limit ourselves to live our lives through past experiences, over and over. This portal leads to the miraculous nature of our true lives. The glimpses that I was able to experience, of my true self, were enough to make me eager for more. Meditation, which was a "sometime" thing for me, has become the most important part of my day. It is like a tall glass of water to a thirsty woman. And the more I have, the more I want, meditation upon rising in the morning and before bed at night. But I also find myself stopping throughout the day to just soak it in, the sounds, the sights, the smells. I am aware of the cars going by on my street, but also of the birds and the crickets. And as I stop, those later sounds crescendo and the former ones diminish. Most importantly, it has allowed me to experience the wonders of synchronicity on a daily basis, so that now, when something unexpected happens, instead of reacting emotionally, I stop and ask myself, "How does that fit into the fulfillment of my intentions? And what else is coming my way to provide the answer?"Life is much more exciting on my 65th birthday than it has ever been. And the most wonderful thing about it is, this is what humanity is all about. We can all experience the bliss of being.

Best Book
Who wrote the books I read and reviewed, I absolutely enjoyed reading this one. I'm not good into putting into detailed information, but I can only say it was an enjoyable read, and I've read many books on similar subjects.

Deepak Rocks!
I really enjoy this book. I have the audio book for it and also got the book to reference. It helps us see how we can harness energy to help us accomplish many things that we want. The more I look into this the more I see it happening in my life. Some people can say it is just coincidence but whether it is just that or luck or fulfillment of my prayers, I feel that I can trust myself and the universe more to help me through things that come up. By trying to not over-react when things don't go my way, I find that usually something even better comes along. I am Christian and believe in God. My true take on it is that I trust in the Lord to help guide me when I ask for his help. Many times, the answer is not what I really wanted, but in the end, I am always better off.Whether this is related or not, my husband surprised me with a creative studio for me to write, paint, meditate, relax, read and be creative in. It was a total surprise, he had told me he was turning an empty room into a game room and he didn't want my help. He put a lock on the door and three months later when he opened the door, I expected to see a pool table or ping pong table. Instead, it was like being on Extreme Home Makeover. He created a truly wonderful retreat for me. On the wall when I first walked in he put in 12" black Capital letters the word IMAGINATION. My name is GINA and it was in gold letters. I have had it now for close to 2 years and I still feel the love and excitement that I felt the first day.One day I was just sitting reading and I realized that this was the room that I had imagined as a kid. We had a 2 story colonial with 4 bedrooms. Some had another bedroom over the garage and ours did not. I pretended that I had an imaginary room over the garage that I could go to and be creative to sew and pretend to be a teacher and paint and do all the fun things a grade schooler might dream about. I never told anyone about that imaginary room. Not even my parents or friends or my husband. But there I was sitting in it 30+ years later.Coincidence? I think there is so much more going on around us in our live and if we can tap into it, we can have a great life.

Deepak goes deeper and deeper into the unfolding mystery of being here-now.
I have read, and gained much, from many of Deepak's books. This book is his present latest work. It seems to me that he is putting an emphasis on gaining insight into the mechanics of how we got to our understanding of ourself, and our potential. He is describing the long road of various aspects of Human evolution leading to this exact moment in time that we are experiencing right here-now. He brings in a vast amount of "fresh information" which supports the main idea {of consciousness} which he is presenting. It's different from his other works, because he is different himself, and he is not afraid to share that difference with us. I appreciate his guts, and gain strength from the "fresh information" he presents. It confirms, in a way, the ground we stand in/on/as/through. Because each of US is a unique expression of the whole, I believe that each of US will experience the whole in a unique manner. Whatever Deepak, you, or i discover may be of value for some other aspect of the whole. Who knows? The fun is in the exploration of the proof that is in the pudding.

We all are one
Deepak Chopra explained the concepts he is teaching in a very understandable and exciting way. Such a fun book to read, I literally had it done in under 24 hours (one lazy Saturday!). I left with a much clearer understanding of the concept that we all are one, as well as a lack o fear about the lack of individuality that implies, which has always bothered me before. Exciting explanations of what potentials are there for the taking, and clear steps and tools provided to aid us in our quest. I seriously loved it. I’ll be going back to do the meditation and sutras as a part of my daily habits.
