Does Ogx still have a lawsuit against them due to scalp irritation & hair loss?

Wow. I hadn't heard about this lawsuit and am very surprised by it. I've used OGX for quite some time and never ever had an issue with ANY of their products. I did a Google search and apparently there is indeed a class action lawsuit against OGX at this time alleging scalp irritation/hair loss.
