This cotton candy machine is actually amazing I bought the sticks and the sugar for it and it was amazing one scoop made so much of it definitely worth the buy easy to clean very easy to use everyone loved it it was fun and everybody wanted more and more and it was perfect it didn’t really waste any sugar and it performed amazing at the party Definitely worth the buy. Probably the best cotton candy machine I will ever buy definitely would re-purchase if needed to. The size scared me a bit at first I was like “oh no this thing is too big” but turns out thats just the normal size for a cotton candy machine and turned out perfectly fine in the end LOVED THIS PRODUCT!!!

They don’t last I’ve purchased 2 in as many years I have sent a request in for them to make good on their product we shall see it is not durable

Overall a good cotton candy machine.The machine made great cotton candy, however, you only get one decent cone full per scoop of sugar, and more than half the sugar is shot out before it can floss and sticks to the sides of the bowl. I used the scoop provided, and let it heat up for a long time, but it seems to waste a lot of the sugar. Other machines use the same size scoop, but I would get 2-3 cones per scoop. Cleaning the head can be kinda scary when you pour water into the spinning head. But you get used to it. Still have to wash down the inside of the head as it will have more unmelted sugar stuck to the inside after you have poured water in as instructed. When you turn it off and have let it cool a bit, you will have to wash the inside with a hot wet rag, I didn't use soap. And it now has burn streaks inside where the sugar is heated. I have used it once. Didn't take any pictures. But it will suffice for family events. Definitely not something you would use for a business. More personal use.

Without the dome, your sugar will get everywhere.

I had a hard time making my cotton candy on the cone. Kids had to show me.
