Quick and Great customer service
Needed a replacement for my work PC. This is basically the same so was able to use the screen to house the tower. Everything works as expected. There was a slight problem with the specification of the RAM but that was rectified quick and easy no problems!

What an excellent little machine
Product arrived, packaged carefully in a thick bubble wrap envelope. Fired up first time with the normal options to register the version of MS Windows 10 Pro installed. The Lenovo M700 looked in pristine condition, clean on outside and inside. Linked it up (temporarily) to a 4k monitor, installed my own antivirus package - full scan - all safe. Very quiet little pc. Also ran Belarc Advisor to get a breakdown on the components - all as described - except the processor was an intel core i5- 6500T (2.5GHZ) (marginally faster though can draw slightly more power - but only really if overclocked - and this is set at 2.5 GHZ so little difference but definitely a slightly faster processor. Installed real VNC (as I will be running this headless) and all seems not just fine but exceptionally good. Very pleased with this Tiny PC - fantastic product and also extremely happy with the service and communication from the seller. First rate all round.Update: The service and pc were so great, I ordered a second - just as good as the first. Highly recommended.Update: Unfortunately, the second item is completely 'dead' after only 4 weeks on intermittent use. This machine is still working well but quality and reliability would appear to be a bit of a lottery - you takes your chances and pay the price. returns are a bit of a nightmare comapred to products supplied or shipped by Amazon (so I'm giving up - with lesson learned about the 'marketplace'. Still happy with the firts machine.
