Very poor fit and design. A scrub cap designed to go over your ears....we're not working outside in the Artic. Compared to the other models which have the classic tie in the back, which are stellar, this one was very easy to return.

Perfect fit for a small head.
I love it! Perfect fit for me. I will be wearing this scrub cap outside of the health care setting. It is light weight, elastic fabric /stretchable, easy to adjust to my face/head. I'm ordering another color.
