WORKS GREAT!!! LOVE IT
I hate buying electric heating products because you never know what you’re going to get. I have purchased quite a few heating pads over the years but Sunbeam products have always been the overall winner. I felt I could trust Sunbeam again while choosing a heated mattress pad. I have Reynauds disease and cannot sleep with cold feet. This high quality heated mattress pad is better than what I expected. I love it, I’m thinking of getting another just to have on hand. It has a multi leve, easy to usel heat control that gooes from low L, then numbered levels up to high. High gets too hot for me!! It heats up fast and has automatic shut off after 10 hours. I can’t tell youo about the WiFi option because I don’t use it. I am very pleased with this product. It’s well worth the price..

Great alternative to a heated blanket
My son is 8 and he loves to be warm and cozy. He gets under my electric blanket, he will sleep under me like a baby chick under a hen, and he hates to be chilly. He has fleece sheets on his bed (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088SZ61GD) and a wool blanket (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08KQ5H22B), but he wants the bed warm when he gets in it. I let him use my electric blanket, but he said he had to wake up to turn it down / off, and he wasn't getting a good night's sleep. I bought 2 of these (because his brother is 9 and has a bed, too) and they are great!! some people are having technical difficulties, so let me walk you through it:1. Open the box and scan the QR code to download the SUNBEAM APP. While it is downloading, put the mattress cover on the bed. Ours have the plug at the head of the bed because that is where the outlets are. They are at the edge and are behind their pillows. They do not create a problem.2. Setup an account on the Sunbeam app and connect the mattress controller to your phone via Bluetooth. Then name your bed. I just have Boone's Bed and Cubby's Bed. Create your schedule(s) if you want.3. If you have Alexa, then go to the Alexa App, open Skills, and choose the Sunbeam skill. Enable it and sign into your Sunbeam account that you just created through the Alexa app to link them. Now you can say "Alexa turn on Cubby's Bed" and the bed will turn on. If the bed temp is set above 5, you will have to tap the checkmark on the bed control to confirm you want it on, so keep that in mind. That is it. Now just enjoy the even, gentle heat from your mattress pad!

Sunbeam created another quality product
I'm a senior, so it probably wouldn't be at all challenging for anyone else to set up. I love it! Bought it because it works with Alex AND I had another Sunbeam heated mattress pad that worked great and lasted for years! The seller delivered this item way before it was projected to arrive. Over all awesome experience.

Worth every penny
if you don’t own one of these you’re sure missing out. This keeps me so warm during the winter time. I have actually bought four of these two twin and two queen and they all work fantastic my little family loves them.

Just what I was looking for. Heats nicely and can be turned on by my phone ahead of time.

The phone app feature is awesome.
The cover works as described and keeps my wife warm at night. I actually purchased a twin size for our queen bed so that essentially only affects her side. The best thing of all is, about a half hour before bed, downstairs under the throw on the couch, she simply opens the app and turns it on so it is warm when she gets in. Really awesome feature. On a side note, for what ever reason it seems you need to have both Bluetooth and Wifi on when you set up the app. Not sure why you need the Bluetooth on to set up the app since it is not Bluetooth but I found in my experience that is the only way you can get the app to recognize the heated cover. Hope this information save you an hour of frustration because with the Bluetooth on it takes about a minute to set up without Bluetooth I could not connect.

Didn't last a year
Bought two of them for our split king. The wifi is awesome. Hooked it up to Alexa, but the pads stopped warming after a year.

keeps turning itself off
I have owned many heated mattress pads with this brand name and have been satisfied with all of them. Eventually, they have all failed but if I divide what I have spent by the number of nights of "joy", the price is well worth it to me and I keep buying more. The problem is that I love getting into a warm bed. The electronic control turns it off after 10 hours. That might work if it turned it on every night at 8pm so that it was warm when I got into bed, no matter if at 8pm or 10pm or 2am. But it means that I can't leave it on 24x7 which would guarantee me a warm bed. This product is wifi enabled but the implementation is not good. You have to "mod" (modify) the product in order to work with it using home automation. If you do modify the product, you can use automation to turn the product on and off at desired times, based either on a schedule or on triggers. It would be great if the manufacture would give us a UI where we could created a schedule using the control that ships with it. I would happily give it 5 stars if I could always get into a warm bed. I suspect that the consumer product safety commision might be the reason that they do not offer that.
