Works effortlessly seamless and glides amazing! Cuts very thin peels so you don't loose any of the produce. I wasn't sure whether to get this style of peeler or the flat style but I find the other has your knuckle hit produce with each peel and it's annoying and painful after a while.This T style of peeler is way better and works so so fast because you don't need to keep stopping to adjust your hand.I researched this brand in particular and has several articles written where this is the top brand and style of peeler listed. I see why!!

This is the sharpest and most effective peeler I've ever known! Excellent with tough veg, I've used it on everything from cucumber to beetroot. I was a little surprised initially - the plastic seemed quite cheap and I didn't expect such ease of peeling from the blades. But it's comfortable to hold and extremely light. Just watch your fingers!

Five years ago, when I first reviewed this peeler, I noticed that it started rusting almost immediately, and (although I admitted that it peels well) I dismissed it as overpriced and inferior. About a year later, I decided to give it another try, and I'm glad I did. My initial impression was hasty. The rusting did not recur, and it continues to peel beautifully and has retained its sharpness. It also has a very convenient "scooper" to remove those small but deep dark pockets russets often get. This is now my go to peeler.

When I ordered, I felt there was a chance this peeler would be dull and ineffective. Happily, I can say it is very sharp and does a fantastic job of peeling extra-thin strips, with minimal waste. It is definitely good value for the money. Easy to use, too—makes quick work of paring.
