I recently purchased an item from a seller, and unfortunately, it arrived defective. The item was not functional, and I was quite disappointed. While I understand that sometimes defects can happen during the manufacturing process, it's still frustrating to receive a product that doesn't work.However, the fact that the item was defective in the first place was still a disappointment. It made me question the quality control of the manufacturer and the seller. I hope that they will take steps to ensure that this issue doesn't happen again in the future.

So, first thing: the directions aren’t great about how to use it. 1) know that the blue/red lights for determining if it’s ready are inside the machine and you’ll see them basically through the tank. The directions should have specified where these lights are. 2) priming it took a few times. You need to turn it onto full blast and continuous, then when the light is blue it’ll prime it. But if it starts flashing simply turn the machine off by the switch, then on again and do it again. This can take a couple times. Once primed, you’re good. 3) you need the on switch in the back, plus the fog button in the back pressed, I believe. Otherwise it won’t work.Overall, once you get it going this thing will have some amazing Halloween effects for your display! I used the fFroggy’s Fog Bog Juice formula for this video and it was actually a little too dense for what I wanted so I’ll be trying a different formula next year and probably get (or make) a chiller. I used about ½ gallon and still had juice left in the tank for our Halloween night. At the end of the trick or treating I was blasting the thing to get all the juice out lol! So it was much more efficient than I expected. Also, don’t forget the cleaner! You need to clean it before storing it for some time.

Being used daily in a large club room and is performing very well. Has a great smoke output and there's no need to wait for it to reheat all the time! Highly recommend.

Did not work out of package 👎Update: Amazon sent out a new one after I contacted them. Second unit worked great!! Tried using local fog juice and it worked ok but when I threw in Foggy fogs bog juice it was freaking awesome!!! The two combined worked perfect. Use high quality juice and you won’t regret it!!
