Product arrived on time. Installed windows 11 (home ed.) with no problems. I installed a few programs that I plan on using to control my telescope with. Seems to run just fine. It seems to run just as good as my main computer that I use all the time. I was having some trouble with the usb ports saying that there was a problem getting power to the usb device's but I found out that I was not putting them in all the way into the ports. You my think they are in all the way but you need to really push them in good. I saw a lot of reviews about the same problem that the usb ports would not work and that was the first thing that I was thinking that I had a bad unit. The reason I say this is because they were working fine , then i attached another usb device into another port and it came up with the port problem message. After a little head scathing I found that I was not pushing the plug far enough into the port. Other then that little mistake the computer works great. I haven't used it enough to tell how the battery power holds up so I can't say anything about that. I would buy another one with no problem.

You're taking a big chance buying this computer. Mine didn't last 7 months. It's a brick. It will not boot up. The touch pad has been finicky since the day I bought it, but I learned to live with it figuring you get what you pay for. A few weeks ago, the mouse cursor began to randomly freeze making the laptop unusable. I found a way to restore it by hitting the power button, putting the laptop to sleep for a few seconds, and then waking it back up by hitting the power button again. This fix worked ok until a few days ago, when the unit started going into hibernation mode, not sleep mode, when it was left idle or if I selected the power button to put it to sleep. At one point, when I got the unit running, I checked the power settings and confirmed everything was set to sleep, not hibernation. Anyway, the last time I hit the power button to put it to sleep to correct the cursor issue, it would not wake up. The power light comes on briefly, but nothing happens. I've tried any number of ways to get it to boot up with no luck. And the seller is no real help. All they say it to ship it back to them at my own expense, and they will look at it. First, I am not going to waste any more money on this computer, and second, because it is dead, I can't remove any of my personal info including bank accounts and passwords from it. In this day and age of identity theft, I would be crazy to send the computer to them with that info still on it. Anyway, buyer beware. Spend the extra money, like I'm going to have to do, and get a name brand computer.

I am impressed. I was definitely worried about the quality being it was cheap price. However all the bells and whistles I need. I am a Realtor, and my brokerage is all online with AI workplaces. My older laptop was struggling to keep up with the newer software. This Fusion laptop has had no hangups running any of my apps. I did have a USB issue right out of box, it was an error saying the power supply to USB device is insufficient. I noticed the error was an explorer error, causing me to believe it was software issue as opposed to hardware. I completed all updates and the error has not returned. I run my wireless mouse from USB, headphones, and my phone all in separate USB ports and no more issues. I recommend this laptop is you are on a budget. I will update if it fails in the next couple months.

Plays games, has sufficient storage, but wont play, games like Fortnite and Apex unplayable, will play Roblox and FNF, games like that, looks nice, but doesnt meet the level any where near a real game computer.

After some research on Amazon, I needed an inexpensive and quick replacement for my old laptop. The Fusion5 arrived the next day and after a quick and easy setup, everything I needed was working beautifully. The build quality is good, it has a solid feel and a nice weight. The boot up is very fast. I like the lightweight charger. It's only been a couple of days with this Fusion5 and Windows 11, but so far so good!

This product is good but does not have a touch screen, and the keyboard sounds cheap. However, the laptop is excellent and fast.
