Is the olive oil cold-pressed?

Regarding the answer from the seller. Light olive oil is normally refering to a product which has been refined using heat or chemical methods to remove flavour and lighten colour. This is usually regarded as an inferior product. It is not cold pressed would have been a straight answer to the question.

Is the flavour of this comparable to hellmann's mayonnaise, or is it more like salad cream? Thanks :)

Mayonnaise - 100%. I have been "hunting" around for authentic traditional mayo for a long time. Unlike the well known brands in the supermarkets, which contain rapeseed and sunflower oil! Hunter & Gather mayo is by far more superior. It's nice rich, smooth and creamy too! I bought 3 jars and will definitely buy again. (🇬🇧 UK customer).

If you are charging £7 a pot then surely you can at least find organic ingredients? Why should I pay £7 for eggs loaded with anti biotics ?
