This was my first time trying the VH Essentials Oral Prebiotics and Probiotics with Cranberry, and I’ve been really impressed. They’re easy to take and gentle on my stomach, plus I love that they support both digestive and feminine health. I’ve noticed a difference in feeling more balanced and fresh overall, and the added cranberry is a nice bonus for urinary tract support. Definitely a product I’ll keep using.

They work well but be warned they absolutely do have a taste and a smell!!!! However I will say TMI but I have never been regular number 2 goer..and since starting this supplement 2 months ago.. I’m definitely regular!

i’ve only been taking them for 3 days and i have noticed a difference in smell and in gut health. i have a very slow metabolism and would feel full even hours after eating. now im able to use the bathroom daily as you’re supposed to without needing to strain. for me it is easy to swallow. it does have a slight smell but it’s not a chemical smell and it’s not too bad. i love it and would def recommend it.
