disregard my last message to you
now that i did more researching on the remote now i realize you had to hold down the volume plus and minus buttons down at the same time for three seconds until you hear a click in order to pair the remote with my luma 350 device. as a rule, i am more patient with my decisions. i am 71 years old so my patience is worn a little bit thin. sorry for the bad review. your remote works fantastic. :-)

Works great. Connected using sync instructions
Control worked great after syncing. Held the vol + and the vol - button for three seconds after turning it on.

I don’t know who to connect it to my projector … I have a luma 350 which it should work can some one help me

Works as it should!
Packaging was great, device in new state and I had no issues with it connecting to my project. It was/is a great replacement for the original remote.

This item did not work. I have had a difficult time contacting the company for a replacement. So far, nothing.

This didnt work with my Kodak projector even though it is listed. and they don't allow returns...
