Watch Strap will fade in 3-4 wears. And they will ask 700/- for strap replacement
Bad product, bad service. The leather strap of the Watch starts turning black on edges just after 3-4 times of wear. Bought the watch 4 months back, and it already started looking old despite good care.And when you call them or visit service center, they say 10 Days to order the new strap, and 700/- charges. But no guarantee on replacement also. And they don't tell you anything about Warranty details at purchase time. They only say - Sir, watch ki 2 saal ki guarantee hai.Such poor is the Titan product and service quality now.See other reviews on strap discoloration before buying this sub-standard product and dealing with such sub-standard company.
