Very good quality product. No leaks, easy to clean, capacity as told and simple. So far no signs of any rust although we live in a saline environment.

This product is not only beautiful and highly functional, but it also feels high-quality and looks very presentable.

This water dispenser is made of SS304 which is considered the standard for surgical instruments. So material quality is top notch.The big problem with water dispensers - clay, plastic or steel made - is the leakage factor at tap level. This product has no observed leakage so far and it's a big plus point.The container is very light weight but feels very capable of storing 8 liters. Dropping it might cause dents though.Since it has a glossy finish, it is recommended not to use scrubber or steel wool to wash, instead use a sponge or cloth to clean.It is advised to store only boiled or filtered water as hard water might cause scaling inside and spoil the working.Packaging was good and exceeded expectations.Some reviews have indicated higher price but there should never be a compromise on a water dispenser and because of threat of bacterial growth it's preferred to have good quality dispenser made from metals like stainless steel or copper.We have not used with the 20L plastic bottle inverted and always used with the lid. If the lid is closed tight there might be a drop in water pressure coming out of the tap. Just close the lid gently to prevent low air pressure building up inside the vessel.Overall I am satisfied with the product and hoping that it will serve us for years.
