Very nice chimney

Installation was done within 36 hours. Thanks to the delivery guy Mr. Chandan from Goa team to get the installation done in one visit. The chimneys suction is powerful and motion sensors works fine. However the noise level at higher speed is a bit on higher side.Will update the review after one month of usage.

This chimney was neatly installed by the company technician in time though he didn't seal the hole .Well behaved was he and explained operations well while conducting demonstration .Have been using it for 14 days now and are satisfied with the performance so far.Has user friendly operating system though suction is effective but can't be called silent one . That's why rated 4 star .

This chimney model by Faber is really good at capturing all the smoke in the kitchen while cooking and also it has hand gesture feature which works flawlessly. Been using this chimney for a year now and it is a great product. Definitely Recommended.

The chimney functions beautifully and does the job pretty well. Although since this is a filterless chimney the oil sucked straight up and it collects over the roof of the chimney which you have to clean weekly otherwise it will drip and fall directly on your utensil. If its cleaned regularly then this is working well. But they should have mentioned this here, since indian cuisine is somewhat oil heavy and it requires maintenance.

Never buy any product of Faber. I would like to share my experience with you all. My chimney got bursted on 6 April 2023 the glasses were all broken and bursted like volcano , it was just a narrow escape for us as we didn’t get hurt.We are following with the customer care , writing emails, talking to the executives but frankly speaking they are worthless people. Till date i.e 14 April 2023 , the chimney glass is not replaced.WHAT CAN WE SAY NOW ABOUT THE COMPANY AND PRODUCT, THEY ARE ONLY CONSIDERED ABOUT MONEY AND USELESS FAME NOTHING THEY HAVE TO DO WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SERVICE.Rating to be in negative from my side.My chimney is lying since more than one month who will be responsible if the motor will not work now. I am really fed up with this companyI request you all never buy this product please
