The media could not be loaded.  Looks like an exact replacement. It's a relatively easy and straightforward installation following one of the manufacturer's YouTube videos, as it came with no printed instructions.However, after installation, the lower part of the (power) arm doesn't stow properly. The video shows where the lower part of the arm sits after the top is fully retracted.Pic #1 shows one of the ears on the top of the awning arm is bent in considerably.Pic #2 shows how far out the bottom of the awning arm sticks out when the top is fully retracted.Pic #3 shows the other awning arm (rear non powered) fully stowed when fully retracted.Pic #4 is a top view of the bent ear on the upper awning arm. This pic is a little deceiving, as the ear is bent, but it's not broken.The original arched arm was bent beyond it's natural arch, which is why I replaced the component.I'm very disappointed with the replacement part.

When we accidentally damaged the awning on out travel trailer(quite common for first time users...lol) it cost about a $1000 to have one arm replaced...! When this happened again(guess we are slow learners...lol) I went on a search to see if we could do this DIY. Found all that we needed on Amazon.. I mean , what can’t you find on Amazon now... this was under $300...actually I think it was $260, a great deal. It was a bit of a challenge to do but we managed. This was the exact product that cost so much more through the RV service dept. we are happy campers

We had bent the inner support bar on our awning and the part is not sold separately so had to replace the whole arm. The mounting brackets were bent upon delivery but ultimately didn't matter because of how ours mounted to the camper. Found a video on YouTube for Installation help. We had to have 3 people for Installation. My dad and I stood on the pickup truck bed holding the awning while hubs replaced the arm. The arm did not close flush to the wall like it had previously or the other but not enough for us to make it worth reordering another and installing another. Would have been 5 star otherwise. Overall the part is fine and installation can be done by anyone who know how to work a drill.

Yes, I ripped one of the awning arms off my 2017 Keystone Passport TT. I googled for a while to figure out the part I needed and it was cheaper/easier to buy the entire arm assembly (minus the rotating head piece) then trying to rebuild the broken pieces in my existing support. This came with all the hardware I needed to install and took less than 30 minutes to remove and install. Perfect OEM quality and condition.

Amazon saved the day/camp trip. I had just brought the trailer home from having a new awning fabric installed. While backing onto the rock RV pad, the soil below was saturated and the trailer started to sink on the passenger side. The arm hit the the fence and was destroyed. I needed one in a hurry so that I didn't miss an annual guy trip to the desert. Exact replacement and LCI OEM delivered and installed in a hurry.
