Sciatica Nerve Pain Eraser.
This is VERY impressive. I have only had it for one week, but I have not been taking pain pills every evening. Easy to understand, put the pads on either side of the pain and go. The touch screen was sluggish until I peeled off the protective layer. Changing icons works better if you turn the level to zero first. It works, it's cheap, it comes with starter pads and the little manual is written in english. It's a bargain but doesn't feel cheap. It can run two sets of pads at different settings at the same time. Buy the overpriced belt clip, it's worth it (will also fit iPhone clips).**Update** One month. My sciatica nerve has been tamed. One pad at the small of my back, one on my foot, setting #2. Fixed. Repeat every few days. My wife uses it on her shoulders, it also works on knee pain. The battery lasts for two weeks or more between charges. Everybody should have one in the house.**Update** A few years. This thing is STILL great. The battery life while waiting in your closet is phenomenal. When you need it, it is ready to go. I think I charge it twice a year. What a great product.

Great TENS/EMS unit
I've been using this device for a couple of months now and it has really helped with my lower back pain due to muscle spasms. It works much better and is much more versatile than the TENS units I have purchased in the past at drug stores, and it's not that much more expensive, so it's definitely been worth the extra cost. I really like the many stimulation mode choices (although there are only two or three that work best for my pain and that I use regularly), and I like the fact that you can set both the stimulation time and the force. It's also great to have electrical muscle stimulation modes as well as TENS modes. EMS is like getting a back massage and has been really helpful for me. The package comes with three different size electrode pads--I use the two large ones for my back and my daughter has used the two medium ones on her abdomen to treat menstrual pain (with TENS) and it worked for that, too. So far, I haven't used both channels (4 electrode pads) at once, but you could do that too if you needed to cover a larger area. Other things I like about this system: the hand-held controller lets you actually see what you're doing when you set the mode and force (with the other TENS units I've had, the controller part was attached to the electrode pad so I had to reach back blindly to adjust the force), and the rechargeable battery is nice as well, although once I tried to use the device and it didn't work because the battery was dead, so you have to remember to plug it in and recharge it. I just plug it in for several hours after each use now. Since I've only had it for a short time, I can't speak to durability, but from what I've experienced thus far, I give it five stars.

Some small issues, but works well
First of all, I will just let you know: I call this my zapper.Pros:-Many options for zapping (muscle stimulation) patterns-Plenty of power (this is also a negative because it is often too intense for my forearms— see more below)-Three pad sizes-Easy to use-Comes with a cheat sheet for where to put pads to work on specific issuesCons:-Pads don’t stay sticky for more than a few uses (definitely have to be strict about using rubbing alcohol on your skin before applying the pads, as it doesn’t take much to lose the pads’ stickiness)-Power/intensity starts too strong (as mentioned above, it’s painful if I turn it up much past the very lowest level; depending how close together you place the pads, even the lowest setting is too much and I can’t imagine going up to 20 except maaaaybe if you put one pad on your lower back and one on your hamstring, like an example in the manual; for reference, the one they use on me at PT is on level 8 and placed on the same forearm spots as I use with this one at home)-Zapping pattern isn’t synced if you use both sets at the same time, unlike the pro one at PT (with this, you start each side separately and even if you time it to start the second set when the pattern gets back around the the beginning on the first set, they aren’t going at the same speed for some reason, so it’s kind of all over the place— the real issue with that is that when one side is mid-crescendo the other side starts its crescendo and sucks power from the first one; not the end of the world, but definitely annoying)Overall, I’m happy with it.

6 seconds to turn on ...hold button....same to turn off.
Just using it right now on husband. He has neck and shoulder pain. I used an old tens unit on him yesterday but it had seen it better days. This one is a upgrade and is so perfect. It works well...it might seem difficult to operate but once you unbox it and read directions and hook up leads it is just a matter of referring to instructions to see what feels best....always start with lowest settings...this is a GREAT handheld device. Will be getting much use out of this.

Works Well... Easy to configure
Unit seems to work as advertised... No issues as of yet. Have tried a couple of different programs. Touch screen is good.... Not too sensitive, but is a sensitive enough. I like this unit a lot and no complaints.... Being rechargeable means that I don't have to replace batteries as often, but the downside to that is that it is not a field replaceable battery, meaning either send it back for replacement, or replace the entire unit... I am figuring 2 years on the battery, if it last that long, it is about time to get it replaced. One difference I did not is that my Older Analog unit is much stronger... Where 50% is plenty on the analog, the new Digital unit is about 70 to 90% for the same usage... Do not take that comment as a negative, it does what it is supposed to do and does so very well... My older unit may be just a little too old!

Decent
Feels like it is extremely cheaply made and will break soon. However it is a decent tens machine so far. The buttons are a little hard to get use to.
