Q: this product is ready to use mixed with diazo ??? Or do I have to buy the diazo separately?

This is a 2 Part Emulsion that requires diazo. You do not need to buy Diazo it comes with it. If you want a Ready to use emulsion Try Ecotex PWR.

Q: About how long would this take to expose using a 500 watt work lamp roughly two feet above?

Q: Emulsion ecotex wr blue not coming out of screen when trying to reclaim my screen, any suggestions? im using ecotex emulsion remover.

It is VERY hard to remove emulsion from screens. I found it easier to buy a length of silk screen mesh and just simply replace them instead of washIng (reclaiming) them. I mostly use the wooden frames sold by speedball and other similar vendors as they make replacing the mesh very simple and easy. Hope this helps
