I’m on at least my 12th bottle of this and .. well, it’s become a non-negotiable in my skincare routine. It never irritates my sensitive* skin, removes makeup (including non-waterproof mascara), and leaves my face feeling fresh and calm. I've found that there's no need for toner or micellar water afterwards - it’s non-greasy but not drying, something most products miss. I massage it ver my face, remove it with a warm, damp cloth, sometimes use a PHA toner, and always finish with several good splashes of cold water. For what I need, this delivers 100% quality at a very reasonable price.* for 'sensitive' read "reactive, menopausal, 50+, slightly dry, easily irritated, unpredictable"! ;)

Fantastic product, especially if you have sensitive skin. I have Rosacea and i use this when im flaring. It's feelvery smooth and soft on the skin, haven't had any irritation from it, no issues with it at all really highly recommend.

I took this after I’ve seen a couple of videos about it..I like the texture of the product, the fact that it doesn’t have any smell, skin is left clean and with a matt look, no allergies afterwards.. Also as a minus, it doesn’t remove the mascara very well so if you’d have a heavier makeup on, you’d have to extra wash of your face with it.

Really gentle and hydrating. Doesn’t sting, doesn’t break me out. Just makes my skin feel calmer and softer. Been using it daily and it’s solid.

This is extremely good does not dry your skin leaves it feeling soft. Not dry like some washes

I found it to be drying on my skin.

Normally my skin is acne prone, acne scarred and oily/combination. Super oily t zone and super dry on the cheeks, around the mouth, nose and around the eyes. However I may have overdone the exfoliators lately and out of nowhere my skin has started freaking out and is very dry, dehydrated and tight with some sore flaky patches as well as several breakouts. I have only got a handle on my acne in the past 18-24 months. Now I normally only get 2/3 spots around the time were "aunt Flo" comes to stay but this past week during this "feeakout" I've had 10 ish spots that are quite large and painful My other skincare products that are normally brilliant for my skin have also started to make my face sting even if it is the simplest and most gentle of products. All classic signs of a damaged skin barrier. (🤦🏻‍♀️ serves me right when I know better). I already use aveeno shampoo and conditioner as its the only thing that gets rid of the patches of psoriasis I have on my scalp as well as one of the body moisturisers (the one with shea butter that has a navy coloured label and cap) that is the only thing that works on my body so I thought why not try and give the aveeno facial products a go. I ordered the face wash, serum and this toner to use alongside some of my other regular products. Now normally I follow the rule that I give a product at the very least 4 weeks before deciding one way or another what my thoughts are. I have only been using these aveeno products for a week but I am so impressed with this that I just had to write a review on my first thoughts straight away (I will edit my review after 4 weeks also) I read in the reviews before I purchased this and many people spoke of how it was an odd texture for a toner so I was a prepared for this and honestly I love the texture. It is so bouncy, nourishing and comforting on the skin. It is also nicely cooling which I really appreciate at the moment with my sore sensitised skin. It layers beautifully with all the other skincare products I have been using it with and it didn't cause anything to pill. After the very first use my skin "freakout" was massively improved. If it hasn't come across yet, i'm madly in love with this product so far. Whilst I also like the serum I think it is the toner that comes out on top. If this continues to impress me for the next 4 weeks then I can see this being one of my holy grail, "can't live without", reccomend to everyone skincare products. Absolutely worth every penny! If you're on the fence about whether to try this or not just do it, you won't be disappointed. It's also a really good price point. I also massively appreciate that there is no fragrance in this bottle of magic elixir as even when my skin isn't freaking out most fragrances gives me an allergic reaction or break me out. This stuff is divine![I will update this reviewvat the end of my 4week test period]

Arrived on time and undamaged. Great addition to my Aveeno products. Be aware that it doesn’t foam Ugg when using to wash the face although it does an ok job of getting the skin clean. No complaints so far.
