I love this Nebo pen light! It feels hefty and shines soooo bright (500 lumens) even though it’s a tiny little thing.It has the bright light (500 lumens) and also an area light (400 lumens) that lights 360 degrees around you.It’s rechargeable, but also can run off batteries. And there’s a really strong magnet on the end of it so you can attach it while using the light to work with.It’s an amazing little ligh, especially at that price! They make good stocking stuffers at Xmas time. But I’m buying a 2nd one for myself, to throw in my purse.

These flashlights are great. I've used them at work and home for years. The charge holds for a good while even on full blast and low light level is still plenty of light and the globe function is fantastic if you're waist deep in an air handler or drop ceiling. The magnet holds tight to almost anything it can grab. One has been through the washer at least 4 times and works to this day as my go to pocket light.

I've purchased NEBO lights for years, already, which my purchase history reflects. They're a great lights!They're small, bright. can stay lit for hours and moreover they have strategically placed attachment magnets, a clip and a hook plus they recharge quickly. I've several handily placed throughout my house, garage and business. They also make great gifts which family, friends, employees and clients have all expressed to me how convenient and useful the lights are when kept close in their homes, they're vehicles. My problem is I just attempted to use my newest light and it doesn't work. How can I get it replaced having not used it to discover it doesn't work before my Apr 12 return date? Thank you for you help.

I am pleasantly surprised by how good this flashlight is, especially given the price. The brightness is on point, build quality is excellent, and it feels well built. Easy to use and carry as it is not much thicker than a pen.On the downside, I wish it used usb-c.I would definitely buy this flashlight again.

This is a nice little light. Compact and 2 light levels. Magnet on the end and can slip the cover down and have a small area light. Easy rechargeable.

Great product, horrible customer service. I ordered this flashlight less than a year ago and it literally broke in half.First of all, when I purchased the light less than a year ago, it had a lifetime warranty. Since then NEBO has changed it to a 1 year warranty. One of the main reasons for the purchase was because of said lifetime warranty.Secondly, After several weeks of overly complicated communication with a customer service representative, we finally established that my broken flashlight was in fact broken. They then asked for said broken light to be sent back to them on my dime.This has been without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Save your money for a cheaper brand that will actually let you warranty your purchased product.

Update: Almost a year later this light is still working really well! Every once in a while the button malfunctions and it won't come on without trying a few times but it doesn't really bother me. Almost all of the gray color is worn off but that's to be expected from heavy use. Would definitely buy again.I use this light daily as an automotive technician, I take care of it as well as possible but it does get banged around a bit. Had it about 2 months now and no issues at all so far. I charge it once a week unless I've had to leave it on for a long time then I'll charge at the end of the day just to make sure I'm fully charged up. The only thing I dislike is the low power option. I never use it and you have to click it a second time to be sure you don't leave it on if only turning it on to use for less than 3 second's.UPDATE: IT FINALLY BROKE TODAY. THE BATTERY CONNECTION AT THE HEAD OF IT BROKE OFF. I don't consider that bad for a light thats been dropped countless times and used for hours a day and carried everywhere I've been though!

The light settings are very good, and I love the focused, high setting. Great design for the most part.Two things: I wear a tactical holster on my belt to keep it in for my job. The switch is very easy to bump on something accidentally so it turns on and drains the battery. Second, and most important, it doesn’t always turn on when you need it. I’m always fiddling with it when I need it. Sometimes it’ll flicker and fade or turn off on its own. It started happening soon after I started using it. Never dropped it. No damage. Super frustrating. Maybe mine is a bad one, but it’s past the return date.
