Awesome batteries!
By far the best batteries I've ever used in my mobility cart. They hold an awesome charge all day (and I use my cart very hard) and have excellent amperage to give it better performance than ever going up hills. I've used many different batteries in my cart over the years, including Interstate and they never performed this well. The batteries are super lightweight, which I was worried about at first, it almost seemed like the case was empty! But they are not empty and worth every penny. Currently batteries are about 6 months old and performing excellent. I typically get maybe 12-16 months out of my batteries, so hopefully these last longer. Overall excellent so far!

Great!
I use it as a battery for my 62lb thrust trolling motor. I love that it’s really light weight so it’s easy to get it in and out of the boat. It lasts me about 3 hours on the lake depending on how far I go and how windy it is (basically, depending on how much I’m running it). Full power until it tuns out of power. The only thing is I haven’t figured out a good way to know how much juice is left. So, I just bring a spare battery and when I run out of one I start making my way back. I’m fine with this on its own though if I’ll just be out an hour or two on a calm day.

Battery works great
I can't believe how light this battery is. It works perfectly in my kayak without adding a lot of weight. Charges up easily and lasts a long time. Many days of worry free fishing using my Whitesnake trolling motor. Very happy and would buy again if I need to.

About the same as an equivalent amp hour lead acid battery, but less weight
I bought this under some faulty information out on the internet that said lifepo4 batteries lasted longer than equivalent rated lead acid batteries...Well I have tested thoroughly.... This claim is not true. I have a 60 amp hour and a 100 amp hour lead acid battery in my boat. I could basically run the 12v 55lb thrust trolling motor almost all day on the 60 amp hour lead acid battery... 6 to 8 hours under normal conditions... I have taken this 50 ah lifepo4 battery out three times now, and each time I basically drained it.... On my latest trip in high winds where the motor ran a ton... It died at about 4.5 hours constant use. Thus for your typical trolling motor, the 50 amp hour is what I would call a 4-Hour battery. Whereas on the 60 amp hour lead acid battery that was a 6-hour battery... So no substantive difference or advantage for lifepo4.The biggest difference is weight. A100 amp hour lead acid battery weighs about 42 LB. 60 amp hour lead acid is over 30 lb. You're paying to save the weight. As for cycles and longevity, I really can't judge that until I've owned them for several years. I typically got three to five fishing seasons out of a lead acid battery... These batteries will need to basically retain 100% of their charge capacity at only 50 amp hours, or they really aren't very much good to me. If these things theoretically hold a charge for 10 years but they only have half capacity, A 2-hour battery doesn't belong in my boat and they'll go bye-bye long before then... So time will tell. On budget brand lifepo4 I'm not really expecting these are going to make it 10 years. And I don't think I'll be updating this review 10 years from now...As of now I think you're just paying for weight reduction. If these things really last 7 years with near 100% capacity, that in and of itself would be worth the money, but right now I think that's just an unsubstantiated claim, it's not really a verified benefit..

Plenty of power for my 70# 24V trolling motor
Bought 2 of the Ampere Time 12Volt 50 AH batteries for my Minn Kota Power drive 2 70# 24Volt trolling motor.Read lots of good reviews for these batteries but my biggest concern was if 2 of the 50AH would be enough power for my motor, as most of what I read recommended 100AH. The 50s were my preference mostly for the smaller size and weight as I need to carry the batteries in from my docked boat to charge them.I have been very pleased that I'm getting 5-6 hours run time at about 50% power for trolling with my pontoon boat.Just amazed by the size and weight of these batteries. I placed them in a roll out tray in the potty storage compartment of my boat.I did have an issue with one of the chargers that came with the battery but Ampere Time was very responsive to my problem and sent a new charger.I would highly recommend these batteries. Very happy with them

Forget support
Brand new battery. Negative battery terminal has defective threads. Impossible to screw in the supplied bolt. Support is staffed by people who just can’t understand the problem, no matter how many times I explain it. Then they demanded video proof. You can’t upload a video more than 10MB because that’s just a few seconds of video. I would say to avoid this company, because no matter how much they promise support, you won’t get it. I think they don’t do English very well.I was able to send a detailed video directly by email that showed the exact problem. Incredibly, they couldn’t understand after a dozen emails and the video that the bolt just won’t thread into the negative battery terminal. It’s exhausting. This company exhibits a total lack of communication skills. It seems that they have a mandate to not replace defective batteries, but instead, wear you down with endless emails that make no sense at all.I recommend you find another vendor.
